Dr. Diers, Lisa, and the rest of the staff are amazing! Besides being experts in their field, they treat their patients with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. Every visit feels comfortable and welcoming because they truly take the time to get to know you, remember the little details, and make you feel valued. Highly recommend.

Coming to Dr. Diers office was the best decision I've ever made in life. This process could have been a lot more stressful, but everyone here works together to make your experience as easy and smooth as possible. I cant thank them enough. If you're considering coming here for treatment, you won't be disappointed. I feel like a completely different person now and i owe it all to them.

Now I can't say anything about the doctor as I'm sure he is good but the office staff needs alot of work. I asked for a break down of the charges for the braces for my son and they sent me a receipt for what they have already charged me.🤦‍♂️ When I talked to them over the phone and asked to cancel the appointment they told me no ( even though I'm the parent and would have been paying for most of the treatment) because thier mother made the appointment? They seem to turn off the phones before they close. I tried to call at 4:45 to follow up on the itemized statement of charges for the braces. Google says they are open until 5pm. I still have not gotten for what I asked for. I did finally get the xrays after filling out the form on the website and calling them after several days. Advice-if you know the price of the braces then giving the charges for them should not be hard and should not take 4 emails to get. Still don't have it. Like I said I'm sure the doctor is good but the office staff needs retraining on customer service. They are rude over the phone. They are way overpriced and not transparent about charges We have 3 insurance companies and would not call them for us or

Dr. Diers is absolutely by far, one of the best doctors I have dealt with! He is kind, extremely intelligent in his field, answers all questions thoroughly, and listens attentively to all your concerns. He has your best interest at heart, which is hard to find now-a-days. He is very compassionate about his work, and it shows. I had TMJ and he made me a special splint that I wore for quite some time. Today, almost 1 year later, I can honestly say my ailment is 95% improved. The whole entire staff are the very best! They are sweet, pleasant, professional and attend to your needs at all times. I couldn't have had a better experience. Many Thanks to you Dr. Dier's and your wonderful staff.

Always pleasant, friendly and professional. Best of all my issue was corrected and I am pain free. Update- 3 years later I am doing well like as if I never had a TMJ problem. Unfortunately, the other side of my jaw developed a problem. Dr. Diers saw me the following day and after an examination. He modified my retainer. I can honestly say within two days of the adjustment, my issue is virtually gone. It is nice to know and comfortable knowing you can rely on Dr. Diers for relief and a solution.
